When the Event Broke but the Night Didn’t
Months of servers, tunnels, AI-assisted workflows, and website work led to one afternoon that tested all of it. The plan bent. The night kept moving.
Event 3 started before the event. Noob League had been taking shape through a home lab, AMP-hosted game servers, Cloudflare access, a miniature website, and a lot of learning by doing.
Mankswolf worked the Quake server. Swarley learned the scoreboard. The website moved forward. A bank of custom Stick Scholars questions waited in the wings.
Then game night showed the difference between systems that technically work and a competition that is actually ready. Event 3 was not the clean event we planned. It was the clearest look yet at what we built—and what it needs next.
